1.Add a multiple of a equation to another./把一个方程的倍数加到另一个方程（一行的倍数加到另一行）。

2. Interchange. Interchange two equation. 把两个方程位置交换（把一行换到另一行）

Two matrices are row equivalent if a sequance of row operations transforms one matrix into another.

如果经过有限次数的初等行变换可以把一个矩阵转换成另一个矩阵，则这两个矩阵是列等价的。
